With this data, a customized report will be developed which includes the ideal facility plan for the site. All of our Needs Assessment Services offer you a customized report, which may include a Power Protection Solution proposal, electrical requirements, thermal imaging, cad drawings, and descriptions of any constraints such as restrictions on floor loads or building access, giving you the information you need to make the best decision for your business. Travel and labor expenses are included in all service contracts.

Using this information in the report, AC Power will work with you and provide recommendations on the best power quality solutions after considering aspects such as power requirements, mission critical application, size of facility, future expectations and your budget.

A certified installation and commissioning of your solution ensures your equipment is configured for optimal performance, saving you time and money and extending the life of your hardware solution. With the option of installation packages or individual service components, our installation services are structured in such a way as to allow you to pick and choose what services you would like AC Power to provide for you.

Our factory trained Field Service Engineers are rigorously trained and tested on universally accepted safety practices and electrical codes as well as our own products, offering our customers the highest level of service available in the industry today. AC Power will manage all logistics of your installation, from hardware delivery to scheduling installation techs, ensuring a smooth installation process from start to finish. We will position the equipment in its final location within the installation site, saving you the hassle of moving large cumbersome components and pallets through tight spaces.

From rack assembly to module installation and internal wiring, AC Power will put together all the pieces of your solution. In addition, we provide comprehensive service & maintenance agreements both for system solutions we sell as well as existing installations you have. This includes service and maintenance on your battery systems as well. The agreements can cover a single visit or provide blanket protection for a multi-year period.
